Use Composerie with a Shopify page builder

Check the builder's rendered app block and test the storefront entry point and cart flow for Embedded or Full page.

Composerie does not require a page-builder-specific integration. The deciding factor is whether the product template can render Shopify app blocks in the product form.

A page builder changes where the block goes, not what the two switches do.

If the builder supports app blocks

  1. Open the live product template in the builder.
  2. Add its Shopify app-block element or app section.
  3. Choose the Composerie customizer block.
  4. Keep it in the same product form as the variant and purchase controls.
  5. Save, publish the builder template, and test a real product preview.

The exact editor labels belong to the page builder and can change between versions. Composerie only needs the standard Shopify block to be present in the rendered product context.

If the builder does not support app blocks

Consider Full page in the product’s publication settings. Verify that the product page actually opens that customizer and prevents an unpersonalized purchase. Changing the mode alone does not prove the builder’s button and cart handoff work.

Is there a separate PageFly or GemPages plugin?

No. Use the builder's support for standard Shopify app blocks.

What if the block cannot be added?

Publish the product in Full page mode, or use a product template that supports Shopify app blocks.

What should I test?

Test variants, required personalization, the preview, price, and the complete add-to-cart handoff on desktop and mobile.
